Company-defined evaluation

A score is useful when you can understand it.

Evaluate a conversation against explicit requirements, with points, explanations, and supporting evidence. Your company defines what good looks like; Insight applies that methodology to the transcript.

Your standards become the assessment.

Define the questions that should be asked, the messages that should be delivered, and what counts as a meaningful response. Reference material gives the evaluation its business context.

Capabilities

Distinct checks for distinct jobs.

01

Configurable requirements

Describe what a requirement means, what counts as success, and how many points it earns. A detailed scorecard can give each part of the conversation its own focused assessment.

02

Completeness checks

Every required rule must have a result, use an allowed grade, and include the supporting details your company calls for. Incomplete assessments are rejected.

03

Precision review

Add a second review of the transcript, your standards, and the initial assessment. Precision Mode can propose focused corrections where it reaches a different conclusion.

04

Arbiter review

When Precision Mode proposes a score change, Arbiter Mode can examine the disputed requirement against the conversation and your standards to resolve the disagreement.

05

Calculated scores

Your company sets the scoring rules. Software applies them consistently and calculates totals, averages, and percentages from the accepted grades.

06

Evidence and guidance

Require evidence when a requirement is met and practical guidance when it is missed. Give reviewers a reason for the score and a clear starting point for coaching.

In practice

From company standards to explained results.

01

Define and assess

Configure the scorecard and reference material. The AI assesses the transcript against the defined requirements.

02

Validate and review

Validate the result structure. Run optional Precision review and Arbiter resolution according to your configuration.

03

Calculate and explain

Apply scoring rules, calculate totals, and present the accepted assessment with explanations and evidence.

The checks serve different purposes: completeness checks make sure the assessment is finished properly, while Precision and Arbiter reviews examine how the conversation was judged.
